When will my order arrive?
It takes about 15 working days for the product to reach you, sometimes it can be faster.
We don’t hold stock; we create your clothing to order.
Our items are printed and then assembled and sewn on demand and shipped.
How can I track my package?
You can track your package once the order has been shipped.
To track your package go to your order history.
Then click on “Details” on the line of your order.
You have received a request for payment of customs fees
It is rare but sometimes it can happen, it all depends on your country of delivery, in this case, please contact us at: email@example.com we will reimburse you the customs fees, usually less than 5 euros.
Problem when adding to cart
If nothing happens when you add an item to the cart OR if your cart empties then it is a cookie problem, we invite you to delete your cookies and try again OR change your browser. Here is a tutorial on how to delete your cookies.
